By placing a booking request through our website, phone line, WhatsApp, email, or in person, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. A booking is only considered final after Daiko Travel Agency Ltd confirms availability and accepts the request.
Customers must provide valid contact information and any identification or driving documentation reasonably requested for the rental. We may refuse or cancel a booking where required documents, payment arrangements, or safety conditions are not met.
All vehicles shown on the site are subject to availability. If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable before final confirmation, we may suggest a similar alternative, revised schedule, or refund any amount already collected for that specific reservation.
Quoted pricing may depend on rental duration, driver requirement, destination, fuel arrangement, and special requests. Final pricing is confirmed directly with the customer before the trip begins. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods may vary depending on the booking type.
If you request a driver, we will make reasonable efforts to assign a professional driver for your trip. Driver availability may affect final confirmation, pricing, and timing. If no driver is requested, you remain fully responsible for lawful and safe operation of the vehicle.
The vehicle must be used lawfully, safely, and only for the agreed travel purpose. Customers are responsible for fines, misuse, negligence, unauthorized drivers, unlawful activity, avoidable damage, and breaches of agreed travel terms during the rental period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fuel, tolls, parking, waiting charges, out-of-scope travel, and similar operational costs may be billed separately. Any extra charge will be explained to the customer before or during the trip where reasonably possible.
Customers should request changes or cancellations as early as possible. We may charge cancellation or rescheduling fees where commitments, staffing, or vehicle preparation costs have already been incurred. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of force majeure, safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or operational necessity.
We work to keep our fleet roadworthy and dependable. However, traffic, weather, mechanical issues, and third-party disruptions may sometimes affect service. Our liability for delay is limited to the value of the affected service, except where the law requires otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false bookings, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or block access where misuse, fraud, spam, or abuse is detected.
